Our laboratory focuses on the development of algorithms and software across a broad range of fields, including systems biology, bioinformatics, security, and various interdisciplinary domains. We accelerate algorithms and software using manycore computing, optimizing performance and scalability. We also investigate scientific visualization to facilitate a deeper understanding of complex data and promote effective communication of findings among diverse disciplines. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in scientific research is one of the important research topics in our laboratory, aimed at fostering innovation across scientific fields.
